- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called this place because it was the first result when I googled animal hospital. My cat had a history of issues and needed emergency care. It was a few minutes before they closed and the lady that answered the phone gave me a very hard time. I told her what was going on several times and got so frustrated I had to hang up and go elsewhere. I spent over 2000 dollars trying to save my cat, which I ended up having to rush to Decatur for an Emergency Blood Transfusion, only to see him not pull through and have to be put down. That's just what I do, spend 2000 on my dying cat. Smith Animal hospital didn't help me and didn't want my 2000, that's just what they do.
