  I like the way they do a full evaluation of your mouth. My wait wasn't that long. Everyone was nice. My only major complaint is that I feel like they should tell you that the $150.00 oral b toothbrush is optional and not just include it in the total when your paying for a procedure. Courtney failed to mention that i was paying an additional $150.00 for a toothbrush. Him nor Audry made that clear. Courtney made it seem like i could not recieve my treatment w.o paying the total amount he gave me. They are very unprofessional and just want your money. They should be more thorough in explaining expenses and not make it seem like everything is included. If you choose to go here, be sure to double check everything and not just go by what the employee tells you.

  Free is NOT free.. My free first exam was billed to my insurance for over $175.00 leaving my bill to be $50.00 While the idea is great in my case i was told they would not help with my needs unless I paid over $10,000. I would recommend finding a local dentist!

  The front office is not knowledgeable. She overpriced me on procedures that are covered by my dental plan. Please do not take any children here. The Dentist is very nice but he will only take and examine the X-ray. Any dental work will be referred out! Also, they have the craziest policy......a customer has to get X-rays and then come back another day for a cleaning! Who has time for this??!? Any hoot, I played along since they already filed my insurance and I made another appointment.(months later) I was scheduled at 1030am, I showed up ap 10:10....I sat there until11:25 until I finally left. Total waste of time. I would give them a negative 4 if I could. I will say this, the dentist is nice and very professional but he needs to drop the Aspen brand and go into business for himself.
